To verify that your website is hosted by Turbify, check to see if your domain is currently associated with Turbify's name servers. If the name servers are associated with Turbify, check to see if there are any custom A/CNAME records pointing to another hosting service. If you have a Domains or Business Mail plan, check to see if you have a domain forward set.
If the name servers and A/CNAME records are at the Turbify default settings, all site traffic will be pointing to your Turbify account.
You can view your DNS information from your Domain Control Panel. You can also review your WHOIS record to verify that your domain is currently associated with Turbify's name servers. When you look at your record, locate your domain's name server information and see if it matches the Turbify name server details noted below. Learn how to view your WHOIS record.
View your DNS records
- Sign into your Domain Control Panel.
- Locate the Name Servers section at the bottom of the page and confirm they are Turbify's name servers.

- Next, locate the A and CNAME Records section. Confirm that they show Turbify IP Address and Turbify Hostname.

Turbify uses these name servers:
- Primary name server: ns1.turbify.com
- Secondary name server: ns2.turbify.com
Note: For Website Builder plans, there won't be a Domains link in the Dashboard if there's no domain connected to your site.
