Merchant Solutions requires merchants to have an About Us page as part of their site. The purpose of this required page is to display your store's contact information, and policies for shipping and refunds and other business practices. Having clearly outlined policies not only can protect your business interests as a merchant, but customers will be assured that they are doing business with a reputable company that clearly outlines their policies and practices for doing business.
The About Us page is automatically included when you first launch the Store Editor.
Note: The process below is for stores designed using Design Wizard templates. If your store is designed using themes in Theme Manager, see this Help Page.

If you are using the Web Hosting portion of your Merchant Solutions account to host pages built in Adobe Dreamweaver or another HTML Editor, you will need to build the About Us page using the tool of your choice, upload the file to your Web Hosting account and link to the page throughout your site.
Your About Us page should contain contact information and everything about your store and its policies that a customer would want to know before doing business with you. Keep in mind that you need to provide physical address, phone number, hours of operation, email addresses, shipping, and return policy information on the Info page before your store can open for business.
