Note: The following page outlines variables that are only found in Design Wizard templates in the 3.0 version of Store Editor.

The Navigation Links Variables appear towards the middle of the Variables page in the Store Editor. Navigation Links Variables allow you to control the look of links (font size, color, background images) and the content.

Contents-navigation-background-color - Enter or select a color to be used as the background for contents navigation regions.

Contents-navigation-background-image - Upload an image to appear as the background for category/item navigation link region (top navigation templates only).

Contents-navigation-background-hover-color - Enter or select a color for category/item links when the cursor is over the links. Be sure to select a color that contrasts with your text link color for readability, or alter the text link hover color as well.

Contents-navigation-border-bottom-color - Enter or select a color for the border below the contents navigation.

Upload an image to appear adjacent to text links in the side navigation. Note: This variable is only used for certain pre-designed themes (1-4,7). You can choose to use this variable by editing the css-base file to reference this variable for the background image attribute of the #nav-product ul li a:hover ID. You may also need to adjust the padding or margin of the text links so as to not overlay the bullet image.

Contents-navigation-hover-background-image - Upload a background image to appear for links in the navigation region when the cursor is over the links.

Contents-navigation-link-separator-color - Enter or select a color to appear between links in the contents navigation region.

Contents-navigation-shoppingcart-icon - Upload an icon (20 x 15 recommended size) to appear next to the view cart link (top navigation templates only).

Contents-navigation-text-link-color - Enter or select a color to be used for category (section) or item links in the contents-navigation region.

Contents-navigation-text-link-hover-color - Enter or select a color to be used for link text when the cursor appears over the links.

Contents-navigation-text-link-size - Enter the font size for category (section) or item links appearing in the contents navigation region. Note: A large font size may reduce your ability to display category names in the side navigation links.

Global-navigation-background-color - Enter or select a color to be used for the background of links in the header (side navigation templates only).

Global-navigation-background-image - Upload an image to appear as the background for links in the header (side navigation templates only).

Global-navigation-background-hover-color - Enter or select a color to be used for the background color of global navigation links when the cursor moves over the links.

Global-navigation-border-color - Enter or select a color to be used for the border of global navigation links.

Global-navigation-checkout-icon - Upload an icon (recommended 20 x 16) to appear next to the view cart link in the header (side navigation templates only).

Global-navigation-text-link-color - Enter or select a color to be used for the text of the links in the header (side navigation templates only).

Global-navigation-text-link-hover-color - Enter or select a color to be used for the text of the links in the header when the cursor moves over the links (side navigation templates only).

Global-navigation-text-size - Enter the font size for the text of the links in the header (side navigation templates only).

Email-text - Enter text to appear for the email link (appears in footer for all templates and header for side navigation templates).

Info-text - Enter text to appear on the About Us link/Info button (appears in footer for all templates and header for side navigation templates).

Privacy-policy-text - Enter text to appear on the Privacy policy link/button (appears in footer for all templates and header for side navigation templates).

Site-map-text - Enter text to appear for the sitemap link (appears in footer for all templates and header for side navigation templates).

Show-order-text - Enter text to appear on the view cart link (Show Order button) such as My Cart, My Items, or similar (appears in footer and header for all templates).

Nav-buttons - Click Change to add, remove, or reorder buttons appearing in your navigation bar. Note: For Store Editor 3.0 templates, only home, info, privacy, email, index, and show order are valid options.
