You can see a record of all PayPal transactions in your account history at PayPal. Your transaction history includes the date, transaction type, name, status, and the amounts associated with each transaction.
View your transaction history
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the My PayPal button on the top.
- Click Activity at the top of the page.
You can choose to sort the transaction history by transaction type and by date.
If a transaction is showing as complete in your transaction history but you have not received the funds for the transaction, contact PayPal support for assistance.
Note: For pending transactions (for example, authorized but not captured), you may see Capture buttons in the Action column. Turbify recommends that you not perform any actions for orders within PayPal as this information will not be passed back to the Order Manager for your store.
