You can receive copies of orders placed in your store via email. If you'd like the convenience of having paper copies of orders automatically printed, some email programs, like Outlook, can be configured to do so.

Set up order emails
Heads up: If you want order emails to print automatically, select Readable, one per email.
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Store link.
- Go to Order Emails (or Email).
- Under Automatic Order Processing, in the Email to field, enter the email address(es) to where you want notifications to be sent. You can also enter addresses into the Email to (Secondary) field.
Note: Each email address added to either fields will receive a copy of the order notification email. Each email will be addressed to the individual email address and won't mention the others in the email's To: field. - Under Send, select how often you want to receive new order emails. Note: You can configure the primary and secondary addresses differently so notifications to go to those addresses in a different format or timing from the primary addresses.
- Under Format, select a format for receiving order emails.
- On the top-right or bottom right, click the Done button.
- Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
Note: You can always resend order emails by clicking the Resend button.
Resend order emails

- Click the Store link.
- Go to Order Emails (or Email).
- On the top-right or bottom-right, click the Resend button.
- Under Orders, enter a range of orders into the fields then click the Resend button. Note: If you wish to resend just one order email, enter the same order number into both fields.

Need to see credit card numbers in your order emails?
Credit card numbers aren't included in email copies of your orders, unless you set up an encryption key for order emails.
When an encryption key is loaded into your store, your order emails will include credit card information and will be encrypted using the key before they are sent. You'll then need to use your PGP software with your email program to decrypt those order emails before you will be able to read them.
Generate an encryption key
If you have PGP encryption key software, you can generate a public encryption key to include in your store.
- Download and install PGP encryption software.
- You'll be guided through creating an encryption key, which will require your name, company name, email address, and choosing a passphrase.
- Allow the program to upload your encryption key to the Global Directory server.
- In the PGP Desktop program, view your PGP keys and select the keypair you've created.
- From the Edit menu, select Copy.
- Open a text editor and create a new file.
- Paste your copied key into this file.
Add the encryption key to your store
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Store link.
- Go to Order Emails (or Email).
- Under Automatic Order Processing, locate the Email to field in the section and click the Encryption Settings button.
- Paste the encryption key into the Encryption Keys field then click the Update button.
- Repeat steps 2-3 for the secondary address if desired.
- Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
Consult the help files for your PGP software if you need more help with setting up a public encryption key. You'll also need to consult the manual for your PGP software for help with decrypting mail that has been encrypted using your encryption key.
Automatically print order emails from Outlook
Microsoft Outlook allows users to create rules for handling specific emails. If you use Outlook to receive order emails, you can create a rule to automatically print these emails upon receiving them.
- In Outlook, click the Tools menu and select Rules and Alerts.
- Create a new rule, using a blank rule template.
- Set the rule to check the subject line of new messages for specific words. In this case, the subject should contain the words from catalog <store ID> (replace <store ID> with your store ID).
- Set an action to print emails that match this rule.
Steps for creating rules may vary between different versions of Outlook. If the above steps don't apply to the version of Outlook you're using, go to Microsoft's Outlook website.
