Auto-suggest recommends related items for a Selected Item based upon a store's sales and navigation history. On cart pages, sales history is used to generate related item recommendations first, followed by navigation (product view) history if little or no sales history is available for the Selected Item. On product pages, navigation history is used to create recommendations, followed by sales history.
If a Selected Item does not have an available sales or navigation history, auto-suggest recommendations cannot be made for the item.
Note: Cross-Sell Manager is available only with Merchant Solutions Standard, Professional, and Store v.1 packages.
