The Store Files lets you keep a library of files that are used by your customer, but aren't part of your store. Here are a few things you might upload to Store Files:

• Product manuals or spec sheets in PDF format.
• Free demo version of a downloadable product.
• Custom CSS or JS files used by your templates.

These files are uploaded to our content delivery network (CDN) and can be served to your visitors very quickly.

Note: While you can upload videos to embed in your store pages, we do not recommend doing so. Using a dedicated streaming service like YouTube to host your videos results in a much better viewing experience for your customers.

Upload files using the Advanced Upload tool

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Store link.
   
3. Go to Store Files.
   
4. Click the Upload button.
   
5. Click the Select a File button.
   
6. Select a file on your computer.
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5, if desired.
8. You can change your file names, if you like.
   
   Note: File names can only contain upper-and lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores.
9. Click the Upload Files button.
   
10. Finally, click the Publish All Files button.
    

Note: Some older browsers may have trouble with the Advanced Upload Tool. If you have issues, click Go to Basic Upload Tool after step 4.

You're now ready to reference these files in your store pages. Just click one of the files for a preview page with two different URLs:

• Secure URL - Use this URL if you're referencing the file on other websites that use secure connections (https://)
• Relative path - Use this URL to reference the file in your store pages.

Note: If you are enabling secure storefront, we recommend referencing the URLs of any insecure elements via the Relative path.
