You can create folders and subfolders as well as rename and delete these folders. Note: Creating subfolders is only available in Full-featured Mail. However, once you create a subfolder in Full-featured Mail, you can still access them in Basic Mail.

Create a folder in Full-featured Mail
- Sign in to your business email account.
- On the left under Folders, click New Folder.
- Enter a name for the new folder.
- Click the curved arrow to the right of the field or tap your Enter or Return key to confirm the name.
You'll see a confirmation that your new folder was created.
Create a subfolder in Full-featured Mail
- Sign in to your business email account.
- Right-click the folder to which you wish to add a subfolder then select Create subfolder.
- Enter a name for the new subfolder.
- Click the curved arrow to the right of the field or tap your Enter or Return key to confirm the name.
You'll see a confirmation that your new subfolder was created.
Rename a folder or subfolder in Full-featured Mail
- Sign in to your business email account.
- Right-click the folder or subfolder that you wish to rename then select Rename folder.
- Enter a new name for the folder or subfolder.
- Click the curved arrow to the right of the field or tap your Enter or Return key to confirm the new name.
You'll see a confirmation that your folder or subfolder was renamed.
Delete a folder or subfolder in Full-featured Mail
Important: When you delete a folder or subfolder, it will be deleted immediately. You won't see a confirmation dialog asking if you're sure that you wish to delete the folder or subfolder.
- Sign in to your business email account.
- Right-click the folder or subfolder that you wish to delete then select Delete folder.
You'll see a confirmation that your folder or subfolder was deleted.
Create a folder in Basic Mail
- Sign in to your business email account.
- On the left side next to Folders, click Edit.
- Under Add folder, enter a folder name then click the Add button.
The new folder has been created and will appear under Edit folders.
Rename a folder in Basic Mail
- Sign in to your business email account.
- On the left side next to Folders, click Edit.
- Under Edit folders, click the Rename link to the right of the folder name.
- Under Rename folder, enter a new folder name then click the OK button.
The folder has been renamed.
Delete a folder in Basic Mail
- Sign in to your business email account.
- On the left side next to Folders, click Edit.
- Under Edit folders, click the Delete link to the right of the folder name.
- In the Delete folder dialog, click the OK button. The folder will be deleted.
