After you have initiated the outbound transfer of your domain, Turbify has very little to do with the remaining process. Your new registrar will submit a request to Tucows, our domain registrar, who will then process the request.

It may take 7-9 days or more for the transfer process to be completed. Remember to check your Administrative contact email address for the verification email from Tucows. After the Administrative contact verifies the transfer, a confirmation email will be sent to the Registrant email address. The Registrant contact can expedite the transfer by confirming the transfer as soon as it's received.  If you are unsure of your Admin or Registrant email addresses, you can use WHOIS to verify this information.
