Welcome back to Turbify! It's easy to restart your plan:
Reactivate a service that hasn't closed yet
- Visit the Subscription section of your My Account page.
- Click the Reactivate link for the desired service.
Note: Only services that are in the CancelPending state can be reactivated this way. If your service shows as Canceled, please see these instructions. - Verify the plan that you are reactivating by clicking OK.
- Click OK again to acknowledge the reactivation.
That's it! Your service will no longer be canceled at the end of the current term and will automatically renew just as it did before.
Important: When a Small Business plan is reactivated from a CancelPending state, it will keep its original anniversary date, regardless of when the plan is reactivated. When the original anniversary date arrives, the full renewal amount will be billed.
Reactivate a service that's already closed
Please note that at this time, Business Maker plans are not eligible for reactivation. If you have a Business Maker plan which has been closed, please contact us to get your authorization code in order to transfer your domain elsewhere.
You can reactivate a canceled plan only as the same type of plan. Web hosting accounts must be reactivated as web hosting, merchant accounts must be reactivated as merchant accounts. If you want to change the plan type of a closed account, you must first reactivate as the original plan type then use the Change Plan link after reactivation.
Note: If you reactivate an account that's already closed, you will need to go to your Email Control Panel and restore any mailboxes that you wish to keep. Once an account is closed, you will have 45 days to restore the mailbox before it will be permanently deleted from the system.
Important! Before reactivating service for an account that is already closed, please review your domain WHOIS to confirm that you will be able to reactivate successfully. We can only guarantee that you will be able to use your reactivated Turbify service if the domain is registered and under your control with the domain registrar.
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Scroll down to the Canceled Plans section and click the Reactivate link for the plan you'd like to reinstate.
- The next page will show your previous plan and term (you can change these later).
- Read and agree to our terms of service, then click Continue.
- This next step will change depending on the status of your domain:
- If your domain is still registered through Turbify, you'll be taken straight to the plan confirmation screen (step 7 below).
- If your domain is still registered with another registrar, you'll be asked to confirm that the registration information is yours; check the box and click Continue. Important! Only confirm and continue if the domain is under your control in the WHOIS information displayed.
- If your domain is not currently registered, please contact our support for assistance. (Learn More)
- We'll automatically populate this page with your original plan type and term. If you'd like to change either, just click on the down arrow. Once you're satisfied with your selections, click the Proceed to checkout button.
Important: When a Small Business plan is reactivated from a Canceled state, it will keep its original anniversary date, regardless of when the plan is reactivated. When a Canceled plan is reactivated, there will be a pro-rated amount due for the remainder of time until the original anniversary date. When the original anniversary date arrives, the full renewal amount will be billed. Note: You will only be able to reactivate for 1 month or 1 year terms.
Note: You can also turn private domain registration on or off. - Select an existing payment method or add a new one.
- Confirm your order details: plan type, billing term, recurring charges, payment method, etc.
- If everything looks okay, click the Place your order button.
Note: Be sure to select the checkbox that says you have read and agree to our terms of service.
That's all you need to do! You can start accessing your control panels immediately through your My Services page. If you had a website with us, we'll try to restore the original files--however, please note that we cannot guarantee any data will be available to restore.
