If your store is not set up for online credit card processing, you can still obtain your order information from your Order Manager and then use that information to process your orders through your own point-of-sale credit card processing terminal. Please note that only the Owner and users assigned the Credit Card role in Access Manager are able to view full credit card numbers in Order Manager and that this information is available only on order detail pages.
Note: Per PCI Compliance standards, CVV information will not be present on orders placed without real-time authorization enabled for online processing. You will also not be able to utilize Risk Tools. However, you can always set up your store for online credit card processing at any time.
View a single order- click the order id link in the ID column to view a single order.
View a range - enter a single order number, a range of order numbers,or several order numbers (separated by commas), then click the View button. The orders you entered will be displayed on one page.
In classic Order Manager:
View - enter the order number you wish to view and click the View button to see the individual order page.
View a range - enter a start and end range order number and click the View button. The range of orders you entered will be displayed on one page.

Use the order information to process the order using your existing credit card terminal as with phone orders or other card-not-present transactions.
