Thank you for your feedback
The classic Order Manager provides multiple ways to view orders. You can view and print orders, individually or in groups, in detail or in summary. Merchant Solutions Standard and Professional subscribers can also export a range of orders in several different formats, including Quickbooks and Excel.
Each order is assigned a unique number when it comes in. These numbers start at 485 and count up. For security reasons, credit card numbers are deleted 30 days after the order has been retrieved, and are visible only on the order details page to users assigned the Credit Card role in Access Manager.
Note the order export formats do not include full credit card numbers or expiry dates. There is no way to retrieve numbers once they have been deleted, so be sure to process credit card transactions promptly.
This is what the classic Order Manager looks like:
The View (a specific order) button lets you view an individual order.
The Retrieve Orders page displays with the selected order. You can then review, process, or modify the order.
The View (a range of orders) button lets you view multiple orders on one screen. This can be helpful for processing multiple orders at once.
The Retrieve Orders page displays all of the selected orders, including the first and last, on the same page. You can then process, review, or modify these orders.
The Summarize button allows you to view information (name, address, # of items, subtotal, date, status) for a range of orders. This can be helpful for getting a quick snapshot of store business.
The Retrieve Orders page displays a summary of information for the selected range of orders. This view is for reporting purposes only, and you cannot process or change the status of these orders from this screen. Click an Individual order number to see its details. You can also export your orders to Excel from this page.
The Print button allows you to print to various file formats multiple orders. Learn more about printing orders.
The Export button (available only with Merchant Solutions Standard and Professional accounts) allows you to export a range of orders in multiple formats. Typically this feature is used by medium to high-volume stores. Order export formats do not include full credit card information or expiry dates.
Note: Orders marked as fraudulent, cancelled, or returned will only be included when exporting to the XML order format. In this export format, those orders will be marked with a bogus tag. Learn more about exporting orders to a database, such as Access or Excel.
The Import button (available only with Merchant Solutions Standard and Professional accounts) allows you to batch import tracking numbers from a UPS WorldShip® file. Learn more.
