If you've chosen to print and mail a return shipment label to your customer, you can print the return label after the return shipment has been created.
There are two places you can print the return label from:
- Return shipment confirmation screen - Once you've created your return shipment, click Print Return Label on the return shipment confirmation screen to print the return label.
Note: The Print Return Label button will only show when Print and Mail Return Label to Customer Myself has been selected as the return shipment option.
- Order Manager - After you've created your return shipment, click Print Return Label for this order in Order Manager to print your return label.
To print return labels, you must be able to print to an HP-compatible inkjet or laser printer, or to a supported UPS Thermal Printer. For information about UPS Thermal Printers, including technical support and drivers, please go to UPS Technical Help.
