When creating return shipments within the U.S., you may choose from five UPS return service options:
-
Send Return Label by Email - Send an electronic return label by email to the customer returning their shipment. You will be asked to enter the customer's email address upon selecting this option. The customer must be able to print to one of the printers listed.
Note: Turbify and UPS are not responsible for undelivered or misaddressed return labels.
-
Have UPS Print and Mail Return Label - UPS will print the return label and mail it to the customer returning their shipment at the specified address.
-
Print and Mail Return Label to Customer Myself - Create and print a UPS return label, then mail it to the customer yourself. You must be able to print to an HP-compatible inkjet or laser printer, or to a supported UPS Thermal Printer (Zebra LP 2844, Zebra S4M, or Zebra ZP450).
Note: Turbify and UPS are not responsible for undelivered or misaddressed return labels.
-
1 UPS Pickup Attempt from Customer - UPS will attempt one pickup of the return shipment, from the specified address. If the package cannot be picked up, the driver will leave the return label at the location. It then becomes the customer's responsibility to apply the return label and bring the package to a UPS outlet from which it can be shipped.
-
3 UPS Pickup Attempts from Customer - UPS will attempt three pickups (if necessary) of the return shipment, from the specified address. If a ll three pickup attempts are unsuccessful, the return shipment label will be returned to UPS and new return shipment arrangements should be made. Choosing 3 UPS Pickup Attempts over 1 UPS Pickup Attempt may prove more cost-effective for shipments where customers cannot bring the package to a UPS outlet if a single scheduled pickup is missed.
