When creating and editing redirects in Page Redirect Manager, existing site pages can't be redirected while they still exist on your site--the page at the URL you want to redirect must be deleted first. For example, if you have a page at https://www.mystoredomain.com/pageone.html and you want to redirect this page to https://www.mystoredomain.com/pagetwo.html, you must first delete the page at https://www.mystoredomain.com/pageone.html before a redirect can be created using https://www.mystoredomain.com/pageone.html as the Old Page URL.
