If you have enabled SSL on your store using Security Manager, a security certificate warning means you may have insecure elements on your pages. If so, you may also see a Mixed Content warning in your browser.

These insecure elements may be images or other files that are uploaded to a location that does not have SSL enabled. The reference to the files your site may also be using the HTTP protocol, which will not use SSL like HTTPS does.

Locating insecure elements

1. Check your live site and checkout for pages with security warnings.
2. On pages where security warnings are found, review the page to locate insecure elements.

A review of your Real-Time Links, shipping and tax rates, and form scripts is also recommended. 

Updating insecure elements

If insecure elements are located, we recommend moving the images or files involved to the Store Files tool to resolve the issue. The content uploaded to Store Files is hosted on our content delivery network (CDN) and can be served to your visitors very quickly.

1. Upload the needed file(s) to Store Files. For each uploaded file, make note of the Relative path or Secure URL.
2. Go to the page that is using the file in the Store Editor or Checkout Manager. In there, replace the existing file reference with the appropriate URL from the Store Files.
3. Publish your changes.
