This information relates only to domains you have registered with Turbify, not to domains you have registered with other companies.
You will receive domain renewal notices from Yahoo Small Business 90 and 60 days before the domain expiration date. If your billing information is up-to-date, there's no need to do anything. If the billing becomes past due, you will receive additional notices 5 days before and 3 days after the domain expiration date. Learn how to update your billing information.
Companies other than Turbify may send letters or emails to domain name owners such as yourself warning that your domain is about to expire or soliciting discounted renewals of the domain that you have registered with Turbify.
You do not need to respond to notices from other companies about your domains registered through Turbify. As long as your service is active and not past due, we will automatically renew your domain registration (and pay the associated renewal fees) at the end of each term. Unsolicited letters warning that your domain is about to expire are not legitimate as long as your account remains active.
Please be aware that if you renew your domain through any other company, you will transfer your domain registration away from Turbify, and your email, web hosting, and other services may be disrupted.
We also want to remind you that transferring your domain to a registrar other than Turbify does not automatically cancel your service or alter your fees.
If you would like to keep your current domain and associated services with Turbify, do not respond to renewal solicitations from other companies that specifically relate to your Turbify domain.
