Note: Domain redirects are available for Domains, Custom Mailbox, Business Mail, Web Hosting, and WordPress hosting plans.
If it looks like your domain redirect isn't working:
- Refresh your web browser.
- Type your web address in your browser's address field.
- Hold down the Shift key while clicking the Refresh or Reload button on your browser.
This will ensure that you are seeing the most recent version of your web page and not a browser-cached version. If refreshing your browser doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Learn more.
- If you moved your domain name from another domain name host to Turbify, please verify that your domain name has been successfully transferred or redelegated to Turbify. Settings, including domain redirects, won't be active until the transfer or redelegation process is complete.
- A domain cannot be redirected to itself as it will cause an infinite loop. A domain also cannot be redirected to any page within the same website.
- If your redirect is set to insecure (http) and the destination is set to secure (https), your browser and security settings will prevent the destination page from loading. Learn more.
