Enable and disable Customer Ratings

Learn how to start collecting feedback from customers that buy from your store.

Customer Ratings allow you to see how your customers rate their shopping experience. When a customer submits the rating form for your store, the rating information shows up in a bar graph in the Customer Ratings section of Store Manager.

Enable Customer Ratings

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
    The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Go to Checkout & Registration Manager.
    The Checkout & Registration Manager link is under Order Settings.
  4. Go to Global Settings.
    The Global Settings link.
  5. Click the Checkout Settings tab.
    Click the Checkout Settings link.
  6. Select the Enable radio button in the Ratings section and enter the email address(es) (one per line if entering multiple) at which you want to receive customer ratings.

  7. Click the Save button.
    The Save button.
  8. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.

Disable Customer Ratings

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.

  4. Go to Global Settings.
    The Global Settings link.
  5. Click Checkout Settings.
    Click the Checkout Settings link.
  6. Select the Disable radio button in the Ratings section.
    Select the Disable radio button in the Ratings field.
  7. Click the Save button.
    The Save button.
  8. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
