Export a mailing list from your orders

Learn how to export your customer's email addresses and import them to your business email contacts.

Export a mailing list

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
    The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Under Promote, click Mailing Lists. Your customers' email addresses will appear in the Lists section.

  4. Select the checkbox of the list you wish to download.
    Select the list that you wish to download.
  5. Click the Export to Excel link.
    The  Export to Excel link.
  6. Save the list of email addresses as a CSV file.

Import the mailing list to your business email contacts

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Click the Contacts icon in the top-right.

  3. Click the Import button next to File Upload.

  4. In the Import from file dialog, click the Choose File button and browse to the CSV file. Note: The maximum file size is 5MB.

  5. Click the Import button.

  6. You will return to your contacts list, which displays the imported contacts.

Note: You can also create a list within your contacts for your store's mailing list.

Important: Please be aware of SMTP sending limits for Yahoo Mail.
