Add or change shipping methods

Learn how to manage your shipping methods in Shipping Manager.

Add, edit, or change the order of your shipping methods in Shipping Manager.

Add shipping methods

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
    The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Go to Shipping Manager.
    The Shipping Manager link is under Order Settings.
  4. Go to Shipping Methods.

  5. Click the Edit Methods button.

  6. On the Edit Methods page, you will have three options to add a shipping method:
    • General Methods - Mark the checkbox next to the general method. Leave unmarked if you do not wish to use the method. Unmark the checkbox to delete the method.

    • Custom Methods - Enter a custom method--such as USPS--into the custom method field then click the Add button.
      Note: Although they will display correctly in Shipping Manager, some special characters--such as the plus sign (+) and the ampersand (&)--won't be recognized and may not display correctly in your live checkout. This will cause an error or other unexpected behavior during checkout.

  7. Click the Update button.

    Your shipping methods will appear under Selected Methods.

The next step would be to create shipping rates for each of your shipping methods. Once your shipping methods and rates are set up, remember to publish your order settings.

In Shipping Manager, you can edit the display order of your shipping methods. Shipping methods will display in your checkout in the same order in which they display under Selected Methods.

Change the display order of your shipping methods

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
    The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Go to Shipping Manager.
    The Shipping Manager link is under Order Settings.
  4. Go to Shipping Methods.

  5. Click the Change Display Order button.

  6. Select a shipping method from the Change Display Order list then click the Up or Down arrows to change where the method displays.

  7. Click the Update button.

  8. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.

The shipping methods will now display in their new order:
