Store Files is a tool that enables you to:
- Upload lib files for your online store to the Turbify Content Delivery Network (CDN)
- Delete files you've uploaded
- Get the relative file path and secure URL (https URL) for the files you've uploaded
- Download the files you've uploaded
- See the file name, upload date and time (given in Pacific Time), file type, and status (staged or published) for each file you've uploaded
- Export information about your uploaded files in CSV format (CSV file includes the file name, upload date and time, file type, and status)
Store Files is intended as an upload tool for the store and order page files you previously uploaded using the Files upload tool in Store Editor, also known as lib files. It is not intended as an upload tool for your product catalog image files. Your product catalog files image files are already served from the Turbify Content Delivery Network.
Using the relative file path when referencing files from your store's RTML templates is recommended. It is also recommended if you are enabling secure storefront.
Prior to the release of Store Files, merchants usually uploaded files (excluding product catalog image files) to the Files section of Store Editor. By uploading files to the Turbify Content Delivery Network using Store Files, you can help optimize page load times for your site, which can in turn help with your SEO efforts.
To access Store Files, sign in to your Store Manager and click the Store Files link, located under the Edit column. You can also access Store Files by clicking the Files link in Store Editor, when using Advanced Editor. Once you're in Store Files, you can start to upload and publish files.
