You can always edit any tax rules you create.

Editing rules in the Tax Wizard

If you have not opened for business but you have created tax rules, then you will edit your rules in the Tax Wizard from the Manage Taxes page.

1. Sign in to your My Services page. 
2. Click the Store link.
   
3. From the Open for Business Control Panel, click Set up Tax Rates.
   
4. Click the edit link for the rule you wish to edit.
   
5. Make any edits then click the Update button.
   
6. Click the Finish button.
   

When you open for business your tax rates will be published along with your Order Settings.

Editing rules in the Tax Rates page

If you have opened for business, then you will edit your rules in the Manage Taxes page.

1. Sign in to your My Services page. 
2. Click the Store link.
   
3. Go to Tax Rates.
   
4. Click the edit link for the rule you wish to edit.
   
5. Make any edits then click the Update button.
   
6. Click the Done button.
   
7. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
