Thank you for your feedback
If you just signed up for a plan, the domain may still be pending. Pending means that the domain is not yet active across the internet (for a newly registered domain name) or that changes to the name server settings have not yet taken effect (if you are using a domain name registered elsewhere). The pending state occurs for all domain registrations and changes. A new domain can take up to 72 hours to propagate across the internet.
If you activate your blog while your domain is pending, we'll display the temporary web address when activation is complete. We'll also redirect the management links in your Blog Manager to your temporary blog address so you can begin setting up your blog. As soon as your domain is active, we'll change these links so they no longer reference your temporary address; you'll also be able to publish, manage, and view your blog at your own domain.
We will notify you as soon as your domain has completed propagation and becomes active. Until then, you'll see a Domain pending message on your My Services page. In the meantime, you can begin familiarizing yourself with your Turbify plan features.
Note: If you are redelegating a domain registered with another company, and your domain is still pending after 72 hours, you may need to check with your registrar to make sure DNS information is set correctly. If you have waited more than 60 days to update your DNS, and your domain is still pending 72 hours after the update, you will need to contact Customer Support.
