Attachments in business email

Attach files in Full-featured Mail

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Click the Compose button to compose a new message.
    The Compose button.
  3. Click the Attach files icon and locate the file on your computer.

Preview and download attachments in Full-featured Mail

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Open an email containing attachments.
  3. In the opened email:
    • To preview the attachment, mouse over the attachment's thumbnail and click the Preview.

    • To download the attachment, click the download icon located in the preview.
      Download an attachment.
      Note: If you wish to download all of the attachments at once, click the Download all attachments as a zip file link.
      Download all attachments as a zip file.

Attach files in Basic Mail

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Click the Compose button to compose a new message.
    The Compose button.
  3. On the right, click the Attach Files button and locate the file on your computer.
    The Attach Files button.
  4. The attachment is added to the message.
    The attachment has been added.

Download attachments in Basic Mail

Note: There's no option on Basic Mail to preview attachments.

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Open an email containing attachments.
  3. In the opened email, click the Download link under the attachment.
    The Download link.
    Note: If you wish to download all of the attachments at once, click the Download All link.
