Important: All FTP sessions require an FTPS connection along with TLS 1.2 protocol support for increased system security.
You can access your website via FTPS, if there is an issue with DNS resolution such as:
- The account is new enough that DNS propagation has not occurred. Note: This can take up to 24-72 hours.
- The DNS is redelegated to another hosting service.
In place of the traditional FTP hostname (e.g. ftp.widgetdesigns.com), you should connect using the following:
ftp.pX.webhosting.luminate.com
Replace X above with the number you see in the URL field of your Web Hosting or WordPress Control Panel:
/msdyn_blobfile/$value)
All other FTPS settings remain unchanged.
