pending
Pending means that the domain associated with your Small Business plan is not yet active across the Internet. As soon as the domain becomes active (it can take up to 72 hours), you can begin using your account. Learn more.
If a business email account is pending, the person you invited hasn't activated the address. Make sure they received your invitation (did you send it to the correct address?) and, if it did arrive, remind the user to activate the address.
