If your promotion banner isn't showing on your store pages, check that you selected to add a banner to these pages.

Note: Promotional banners cannot automatically be added to stores built using Web Hosting tools. Learn how to add banners.

Set the pages on which your promotion banner appears

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Store link.
   
3. Go to Promotions Center.
   
4. Click the Promotion name link in question.
   
5. On the bottom, click the Save & Continue button to go to Step 2 - Design.
   
6. Select the pages on which you want the banner to show then click the Save & Continue button.
   
7. On the bottom, click the Publish Now button.
   
8. Refresh your live store page to see the banner.
