What is Customer Manager?
Customer Manager allows merchants who have enabled Customer Registration to view, sort, filter, and generate reports for registered customer information and order data. Customer information and order data that has been collected since the time Customer Manager was enabled for a store is accessible using this feature.

Easily dig into your registered customer data to gain insight for your marketing campaigns. With Customer Manager, you can see which customers have ordered certain products, or items from specific product categories, allowing you to segment and better target the emails and promotional offers you entice them with. You can also filter your data by average order value, total order value, total orders, order history, last order date, customer registration date, and last sign-in date, giving you a number of options when analyzing your data.

Quickly get a snapshot of any registered customer. Customer Manager allows you to see a customer's latest orders, order history, and the status of each order, along with average order value, total order value, and total number of orders since registering. You can even see the last time a customer signed into their account. The ability to see a customer's order status history can tell you at a glance how many returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders a customer has, or if your customer is a frequent buyer in good standing.
Sections of Customer Manager
There are two main sections you will encounter when using Customer Manager:
- The main Customer Manager screen, where filters can be applied, customer results can be viewed in the customer table, and reports can be generated and downloaded
- The Customer Information section, which includes both the main Customer Information page, and a separate Order History page
Customer Manager screen
The Customer Manager screen is where you can search for specific customers, apply filters to customer data results, view results on-screen in the customer table, and generate and download filtered reports.

Customer Information section
The Customer Information section includes tabs for displaying a registered customer's information (display name, email address, registration date, last sign-in date, phone number, shipping address, billing address, total order value, total number of orders, order status history, last order date, average order value, order history.
The Recent Orders table displays the last five orders a customer placed with your store since registering. If a customer has placed more than five orders with your store since registering, the rest of these orders may be viewed in the Order History tab.
To access a customer's full order history since registering, click either the Order History tab at the top of the page, or the View All Orders Since Registering link at the bottom of the Recent Orders table.
