The Flat Rate Charge is useful if you just want one rate applied to all orders or if you want to add an extra charge to specific orders.
For example, if you applied a 3% charge to all orders but you want to charge an extra $5 to all Ground orders, you could use a flat rate that only applies to Ground orders, in conjunction with your percentage. Learn more about setting up shipping rates and rules.
