The Customer Ratings section of Store Manager gives you instant feedback about how your customers have rated you. If you aren't currently participating in Customer Ratings, you can enable customer ratings in Checkout & Registration Manager.
Once your customers have completed the rating form, you will receive an email with their comments (though buyers can choose not to send you rating response) and the Store Manager will display a bar graphs as seen below. This graphs uses different colors to represent each of the five possible ratings.
In the graph, the width of each colored bar indicates the relative number of total customer submissions giving you a particular rating.
Note: There is no reporting function for Customer Ratings.
