Set Cross-Sell Start and End Dates

Learn how to set time-frames for displaying cross-sell items.

Article ID: SLN19532

The Start and End Date fields are optional. They can be useful if you have a seasonal cross-sell offer that you'd like to run during a set period, or if you have a cross-sell offer that is related to a sale or special offer you're running for a limited time.

You can add or edit start and end dates either manually in the Cross-Sell Manager, or by editing a cross-sell CSV file and then uploading the file.

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.
The Store link is under Control Panels.
  3. Click the Cross-Sell link.
The Cross-Sell Manager link is under Promote.
  4. Click the Edit link for the Selected Item where you wish to add dates.

  5. Enter a start date in the Start Date field and an end date in the End Date field in the format MM/DD/YYYY (for example to set a start date of December 1st 2019, you would enter 12/01/2019).
