Why should I use Cross-Sell on product detail pages?
Displaying relevant related items from your store on product detail pages can help turn browsers into buyers, and increase your store's revenue. Previously, merchants only had the ability to show related items to customers on the shopping cart page, if a customer added a Selected Item to their cart. Displaying item recommendations on product detail pages allows you the opportunity to capture customer interest in related items at a much earlier stage.
Why should I use auto-suggest?
Auto-suggest can help take the guesswork out of cross-selling items in your store. By keeping a record of your store's sales and navigation (product view) histories, auto-suggest can make insightful related item recommendations based on customer behavior. It also reduces the need for you to set up cross-sell rules for each Selected Item as you add more products to your store.
Why should I use custom pricing labels?
Each store has its own needs, and we recognize that the default pricing labels provided for an item's price, sale price, and cross-sell discount may not always be best suited for presenting this information to your customers. The custom pricing labels feature allows you to create pricing labels that best work for your store.
Note: Cross-Sell Manager is available only with Merchant Solutions Standard, Professional, and Store v.1 packages.
